■ 업무 Duties

- 학부 중간고사 기말고사 시험 감독 : Supervise undergraduate midterm and final exams.

※ 교과목을 배정 받으면, 교과목 담당 교수님께 메일로 학번/이름/담당교과목과 10분 전 도착할 것 메일 드리기

When assigned a course, email the course professor with your student ID number, name, and assigned course.

※ 시작 10분전까지 강의실에 도착할 것, 지각 시 장학금 지급 및 다음 장학생 선발에 불이익 있음.

Arrive at the classroom 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrival may result in disqualification from scholarship and future scholarship selection.

■ 제출해야하는 서류 Documents to submit

※ The department office will send an informational email in accordance with the submission deadline.

< 학기 초 At the beginning of the semester >

1. 활동 계획서 : Graduate School Research and Teaching Assistant Activity Plan form

2. 복무협약서 : Service agreement

< 학기 말 End of semester>

1. 매달 활동 보고서 : Activity report(monthly)

※ 유의할 사항 : 1주에 10시간 총 12주 작성, 수업 시간과 공휴일 제외하고 작성

* Notes when writing the report

- 12 hours per week is the maximum, and please exclude class time and holidays.

2. 4대보험 미가입 확인서 (Certificate of 4 Social Major Insurance)

3-1. (한국인) 건강보험자격득실확인서

3-2. (외국인) 외국인등록증 앞뒤 사본 : A copy of the front and back of your Alien Registration Card.

4. 연구실적 이행결과 보고서 : Research Performance Outcome Report

※ 유의해야할 사항 : 연구조교/수업조교 장학금 3회 수혜한 3학기차 재학생 필수 제출. 미제출 시 장학금 지급에 불이익 있음.

Notes : Required for students in their third semester who have received three research assistant/teaching assistant scholarships. Failure to submit will result in scholarship disbursement penalties.

=> About Research Performance Outcome Report (Reserch Achievements)

1) Submission Target : Third semester students who have received three research assistant/teaching assistant scholarship

2) Submission Due Date : Submit one research project within three semesters of enrollment

3) Documents to submit : Research Achivements Reports & Evidential documents Cover, Table of Contents, Contents)

4) Criteria for research credit

-Thesis : If you published an article as a lead author (first author, corresponding author) or co-author in one of the following journals

※ A certificate of Acceptance(논문게재예정증명서) is not accepted.

※ The presenter will be only recognized in principle; however, if the presenter is not clearly indicated (e.g., by an asterisk, underline, etc.), the first author will also be recognized.
