(1) 붙임 파일을 확인하여 종합시험 응시과목 확인서(지도교수 확인용)을 작성 후 지도교수님께 서명 받을 것 (2) 학사 행정 정보 시스템에서 신청 후, 응시원서 출력 가. 메뉴경로 부경포털 > 학사행정정보시스템 > 대학원학사 > 졸업 > 외국어/종합시험 > 종합시험신청 나. 입력 및 출력방법 1) [추가] 버튼을 눌러 시험과목을 선택한다. 2) [저장] 버튼을 클릭한다. 3) [종합시험응시원서] 클릭 후 출력하여 날인 후 소속 학과사무실에 제출한다. ※ 지도교수 및 학과주임 날인은 조교의 협조로 진행하며, 업무담당자가 승인한 이후에는 신청취소 불가능함
(3) 포털에서 출력한 응시원서와 응시과목 확인서를 학과사무실에 방문 제출 할 것
**(1) After checking the attached file, fill out the Comprehensive Exam Subject Confirmation Form (for advisor confirmation) and get your advisor’s signature.** **(2) Apply through the portal System and print the application form.** **a. Menu path:** Pukyong Portal > Academic Administration Information System > Graduate School Academic Affairs > Graduation > Foreign Language/Comprehensive Exam > Comprehensive Exam Application **b. Input and Print Method:** 1) Click the [Add] button to select the exam subjects. 2) Click the [Save] button. 3) Click on [Comprehensive Exam Application], then print the form, get it signed, and submit it to your department office. ※ The signatures of the advisor and department head will be processed with the help of the assistant. Once the administrator approves it, cancellation of the application is not possible. **(3) Submit the printed application form and the subject confirmation form to the department office.** [ Application period : 8/29~9/2 ] |
